We had leaking from our AC so Kevin came out and assessed things and we got everything fixed up. Super professional! He explained everything and showed me each area and explained what was going on. Great service from Kevin 😊

Our almost 2 year old AC was making a funny noise when it was turned ON. I called Home Air Care They came and fixed the problem on time and their warranty covered the cost of repairing it. Thank you Home Air Care team.

The service was FAST . I booked an A/C repair and only waited 2 days vs almost 45 days with another company.
The serviceman was efficient but what impressed me more was he found I was covered by my warranty .... and for 5 MORE years .
I will be booking yearly services for my Furnace and A/C.

Amazing service! Hands down our go to! Home Aire Care Trenton has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for my air conditioner and ensuring it's working properly. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable, kind and always professional. Can't say enough good words about his service. The entire team is wonderful to deal with. Jenna is fantastic to speak to, prompt at returning correspondence and very kind. Jamie is amazing too! Always kind, professional and responds quickly and with concern for any repairs we needed. As part of my annual maintenance program, Kevin arrived to service the air conditioning unit. It was so thorough that I had no idea of all the working parts. The a/c unit was in good condition but now even better. Thank you, Kevin!

Evan also educated me on a maintenance membership that is available for our heat pump system that I will definitely be joining!

I'm extremely satisfied with the performance of my service technician. When installing an upgraded Lennox thermostat in my home she was very determined to ensure my familiarity with it before leaving. The service to my air conditioner outside unit and my gas fired furnace was very thorough as well.

We had home aire care install a tankless water heater just over a year ago and the sales person was not pushy at all. It works perfectly. Then we had them.install today a new gas furnace. Again the sales person.was not at all pushy. They gave us 3 options for furnaces. This was on Friday and it was installed 5 days later. I will definitely use them again

I'm giving 5 stars only because there isn't an option to give 10 stars. From the moment Victoria, Home Aire Care's advisor arrived to assess our heating/ac needs, to the final installation of our new heat pump by Jeff and Wade, every step of the process was stress-free and professional.
I considered this to be a major household purchase and although we had already done some of our own extensive research on several brands and other companies, decided to go with Home Aire Care. Victoria explained with great detail our different options and took us step by step through the whole process as well as pointing out the great services that is included with our Home Aire Care purchase.
Professional installation was done by Certified technicians Jeff and Wade in a timely manner with the utmost respect for the property. Then setup and walked us through how to use our new ecobee wi-fi enabled thermostat.
Their services and guarantees are in writing and backed by total professionalism. I highly recommend Home Aire Care.

The service person (Scott P.) who arrived for a furnace cleaning was prompt, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions in a clear, concise manner. Since I had just moved in, he also helped me navigate through the unfamiliar thermostat controls. Overall, a pleasurable experience.

Hello, Scott arrived to do our yearly maintenance on our heat exchanger. He was so kind and knowledgeable on all aspects. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything he was doing. He also educated us on some functions to better our air flow and comfort levels during the changing seasons. Scott is a top notch technician and we hope to see him again next visit. Thank you Scott.
