To be honest this company was not my first choice but it will be from now on. First Shay the sales lady, what a gem, explained everything and did not try to up sell and listened to what I was interested in and took her time to make sure i was making the right choice in a cooling system. Next the installation> Jeffery and Wade showed up on time and got right to work the two of them were very polite and informed me of what was going on with the installation and they were very pleasant to speak with. The unit was installed quicker than I expected and the clean up was great. The service from this company was fantastic from my first phone call, to the sale, and then to the installing. I recommend this company and I am sorry that I did not call them first. Thanks again for keeping us cool in this heat to be honest after they got my money the service went down hill. on July 27 i made an appointment for service on furnace and air conditioner for sept 24th. up until sept 23 i kept getting text messages to confirm this appointment and on sept 24th they cancelled the appointment with excuse they were to busy but they were not to busy to take my monthly maintenance plan payments that state that members get priority for bookings. not happy at all as i canceled things to be home for this service that i have been paying for. i will cancel the payments and program if they do not correct this pre payers be warned. Problem resolved quickly after I posted negative review

I do not recommend this company. If you have any other options available, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.
My experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. The communication was poor, the service did not meet my expectations, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. What should have been a straightforward experience turned into a stressful and aggravating situation. The biggest disappointment was the outcome. After spending my time and money dealing with this company, I was left feeling like I received very little value in return. I expected professionalism, accountability, and quality service, but unfortunately that was not my experience. Based on what I experienced, I would think twice before hiring this company. There are plenty of HVAC companies out there, and I would recommend doing your research and considering other options before committing to this one. Very disappointing experience overall.

Furnace maintenance: Scott the technician was on time, friendly and helpful when he noticed something that will eventually become an issue. He showed me the problem, explained what it meant and gave me some options. Great service at a reasonable price.

Kevin B understood what I’m looking for. Set up thermostat and taught how to use the new thing. He’s quick and made sure I understand how it works. No problem with him. He was here for only 20 mins. Happy customer!

We had leaking from our AC so Kevin came out and assessed things and we got everything fixed up. Super professional! He explained everything and showed me each area and explained what was going on. Great service from Kevin 😊

Our almost 2 year old AC was making a funny noise when it was turned ON. I called Home Air Care They came and fixed the problem on time and their warranty covered the cost of repairing it. Thank you Home Air Care team.

The service was FAST . I booked an A/C repair and only waited 2 days vs almost 45 days with another company.
The serviceman was efficient but what impressed me more was he found I was covered by my warranty .... and for 5 MORE years .
I will be booking yearly services for my Furnace and A/C.

Amazing service! Hands down our go to! Home Aire Care Trenton has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for my air conditioner and ensuring it's working properly. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable, kind and always professional. Can't say enough good words about his service. The entire team is wonderful to deal with. Jenna is fantastic to speak to, prompt at returning correspondence and very kind. Jamie is amazing too! Always kind, professional and responds quickly and with concern for any repairs we needed. We had home aire care install a tankless water heater just over a year ago and the sales person was not pushy at all. It works perfectly. Then we had them.install today a new gas furnace. Again the sales person.was not at all pushy. They gave us 3 options for furnaces. This was on Friday and it was installed 5 days later. I will definitely use them again

I'm giving 5 stars only because there isn't an option to give 10 stars. From the moment Victoria, Home Aire Care's advisor arrived to assess our heating/ac needs, to the final installation of our new heat pump by Jeff and Wade, every step of the process was stress-free and professional.
I considered this to be a major household purchase and although we had already done some of our own extensive research on several brands and other companies, decided to go with Home Aire Care. Victoria explained with great detail our different options and took us step by step through the whole process as well as pointing out the great services that is included with our Home Aire Care purchase.
Professional installation was done by Certified technicians Jeff and Wade in a timely manner with the utmost respect for the property. Then setup and walked us through how to use our new ecobee wi-fi enabled thermostat.
Their services and guarantees are in writing and backed by total professionalism. I highly recommend Home Aire Care.

The service person (Scott P.) who arrived for a furnace cleaning was prompt, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions in a clear, concise manner. Hello, Scott arrived to do our yearly maintenance on our heat exchanger. He was so kind and knowledgeable on all aspects. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything he was doing.
