We had two technicians in (Nick P and Cuyler T) to address an ongoing issue in our ductless mini-split caused by the original installer which was another well known HVAC company on the Kingston area. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, positive, and kept me informed throughout the process. They fixed some big problems left by “the other guys” and Haven will be getting my home care business going forward.

Scott arrived promptly as scheduled for maintenance check. He gave us an honest assessment of our aging furnace system. We knew it was a matter of time before replacement was required. Scott outlined our options and made it easy for us to take the necessary steps to proceed with replacement. A-1 service.

Very good service. Service technician was here within five hours to fix my air conditioning. I’m impressed with the service and if I ever need a new air conditioner, I know where to buy it.
